A lovely bunch of coconuts

Geri and her lovely coconuts

We spent the day at the Denville Rotary Street Festival.  Linda brought her massage chair, I had my jewelry, Carol made exquisite lace doilies,  and Geri brought her coconuts!   Geri walked around the street fair with a sign that read “Would you give a buck to save second base” and a small pink bag.  She was very successful in the beer garden.

This is the first time that we participated in this street fair.  The vendors were set up along Broadway in 3 rows of booths, one along each sidewalk and one down the middle of the street.  At the far end of Broadway, rides were set up for the kids.  Bands played through out the day. And as mentioned in the previous paragraph, there was a beer garden set up which was very busy.

The beautiful day brought out a large crowd of people.  Linda’s chair massages were a big hit.  She offered a 10 minute massage for $15.  I sold about a dozen pair of earrings and some bracelets.  I’ll need to make more during the week as my supply is now very low and we have the Chatham Fishawack coming up on Saturday.
